Community rules

How we treat each other

HeyFoundr is a community for founders, builders, developers and people passionate about startups, AI, technology and innovation. These rules keep it useful and friendly.

Community guidelines

  • Share your startup, product, or project for feedback and discussion.
  • Keep conversations relevant, respectful, and valuable.
  • No spam, scams, or repeated self-promotion.
  • No promotion of other communities such as WhatsApp, Discord or Telegram groups.
  • No advertisements or referral links without admin approval.
  • Repeated violations may result in removal.

Using the WhatsApp group

  • Post in the group, not in private messages, unless the person has said they are happy to talk privately.
  • Do not send forwards, chain messages, greetings or unrelated videos.
  • Do not add people to the group yourself. Ask them to fill the form on this site.
  • Do not share screenshots or messages from the group outside it without permission.
  • Be honest about your work. Do not claim users, income or results you do not have.
  • Do not call or voice message members without asking first.

Phone numbers are visible

On WhatsApp, members of a group can see each other's phone numbers. Join only with a number you are comfortable sharing, and do not collect or share other members' numbers.

About the admin number

The group is run from the personal phone number of the founder, Plert Ankush. Please respect that.

  • Ask your questions in the group so everyone can learn from the answer.
  • Do not call the admin number, and do not message it repeatedly. Replies can take time.
  • Do not share the admin number publicly or save it for promotion.
  • For anything private, email hello@plertankush.com instead of messaging the number.

If rules are broken

Repeated violations may result in removal from the community. Decisions are made by the admin.
